We do not accept any credit reports except those obtained by K and R Properties.
We make every effort to make our listings as accurate as possible but occasionally mistakes can occur. Therefore we recommend that you view any property that you are considering renting before signing a rental agreement.
Requirements for Renters:
1) Combined income must be 3 times Rent Amount
2) Employment and rental verification
3) Good standing credit
4) $25.00 per application Fee (Cash or Money order only)
